FEMCO Construction is a general contractor in Fayetteville, North Carolina, building multifamily communities and medical and commercial projects across the Carolinas. We are a small, senior team: the people who price your project are the people who run it. We can’t build for everyone, and we don’t try to. We build for clients who want a partner.

Small on purpose
A senior team that has built for decades. Most of us have worked together for years, many since well before FEMCO, so the people who estimate, manage and supervise your project already know how each other works.

President & Owner
Licensed general contractor and real estate broker. Her background is project management on new and renovated multifamily and student housing, including LEED Gold and Platinum projects, with schedules on developments over $60 million and up to 400 apartments.

Buck Burkart
Vice President
An NC State graduate who started with his own framing company, moved into commercial project management, then co-owned Allied Concrete (high-rise, parking-deck and dam structures) and general contracting and grading companies.

VP, Operations & Development
Developing apartment communities, PUDs and commercial projects across NC, SC and VA since 2002, including oversight of more than 1,000 LIHTC, market-rate and townhome units. UNC Greensboro graduate, licensed broker in NC and SC, MIRM.
